How do I pay for my services?
We accept all credit cards/ venmo/zelle. Some clients prefer to pay in cash. That's no problem.
What if I have an issue with the quality of cleaning?
Our number one priority is you, the client. If you have a service that you are unsatisfied with, contact us immediately. A Leave It To Us, Inc. agent will do their best to quickly resolve your concerns.
How are your green cleaning services different from your traditional cleanings?
We don't use products with toxins or allergens. They are free from dyes. perfumes, bleach, and other ingredients conventional companies use.
Is green cleaning as effective as regular cleanings?
Yes, you can expect all-natural cleanings that are detailed, thorough, and better for your health.
Are your green products safe for pets and people?
Yes, we only use eco-friendly non-toxic products that are harmless for you, your pet, and your home.
Do I need to be at home?
No, however, some clients like to be present at the first cleaning to get to know their cleaning specialist. Most people prefer to arrange entry before work and leave us to take care of everything. Some have a doorman, a super, or a neighbor let us in. Some clients leave a key in a hidden location or lockbox. We do everything we can to make it easy for you.
What perks can I get by recommending you?
We love recommendations. If you recommend us to friends, family, and business associates who try us out, you'll receive a free 2-hour cleaning or additional time added to your account for future use as a thank you. Our happy clients are our best advertisement.
When is the latest I can cancel my appointment?
We ask kindly to let us know at least 72 hours before your booking for notice of a cancellation. While cancelling, you can request a new date and time that suits you. However, any rescheduled appointments are subjected to limited availability.
I have pets. Will they be okay during the services?
All of our cleaning specialists are pet lovers. Let your client care representative know your pet's names and needs during your account set-up call. We work with dogs, cats, birds, and numerous other animals every day. If your pet is nervous, please introduce them to your cleaner when we arrive. Let us know if your pet has any special needs. Some examples include leaving doors open or closed, reducing the sound of vacuums, etc. We will treat your pet with love and respect.
If I have an issue with booking my cleaning, what can I do?
If you are running into an issue booking, contact us immediately. We want to service you any way we can. You can contact us about any issue with booking whether it be rescheduling, pricing, addressing misunderstandings, etc. Our goal is leave you satisfied and happy with any interaction have here at Leave It To Us, Inc.
